On any given night, more than 1,500 young people in King County are experiencing homelessness.
Please help the Mercer Island Varsity team as they host a drive to collect much needed supplies to help keep youth off the streets. Thank you for your support!
The Little Dribblers program has a rich 50-plus-year history of connecting generations of passionate Islander hoopsters. Open to basketball players in 2nd to 9th grade of any ability, the program is led by MIHS Boys Head Coach Gavin Cree and his high school players. Get your players on the court to play and be coached by the MIHS players! All proceeds go to benefit MIHS boys’ basketball.

MIHS boys basketball players are expected to wear shoes that align with our school colors. Some variation/shade of mostly white or maroon shoes is our standard. Finding the exact shade of maroon is not necessary – make it close. We will not be wearing other colors – blue, green, pink, purple, etc. Practice shoes can be any color.
The staff is excited for a great season for all the teams and players in the program - Go MI!
Thanks to the generous contributions of our MI basketball community, including your membership with the MI basketball booster club, scholarships are available for the Boys Basketball Select and high school team travel.
